You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.
All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell our platform without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

Subscription fees are unpaid.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Nigeria, under current incorporation.
