    • You experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the service.

    • You were incorrectly charged or billed due to a system error.

    • You cancel within the specified money-back guarantee period (if applicable to your plan).


2. Free Trials & Evaluations

  • Where available, we encourage customers to use our free trial or demo period before subscribing.

  • Any charges incurred after the trial period are considered valid and non-refundable.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but no prorated refunds are issued for unused time unless otherwise stated in your plan.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Services already delivered or consumed.

  • One-time setup fees, onboarding, or professional services.

  • Downtime or performance issues caused by third-party providers, user error, or internet connectivity.
